increase the longevity of the unit and to minimize

We have a unique Elite 20-Step Annual Service that we perform. Our mobile technicians are factory trained and certified and have received extensive training on all systems of the Seakeeper. This a complete inspection/service of all the systems of the Seakeeper:
  • Cooling System
  • Hydraulic Brake System
  • Electrical System
  • Mechanical System
  • Foundation System

Our unique Elite 20-Step Annual Service consists of the following:

  • Inspect Foundation

  • Inspect the Foundation Bolts

  • Torque the Foundation Bolts to Seakeeper’ s specifications

  • Inspect Isolation Bushings, Pins, and Clips

  • Inspect Hydraulic Cylinders

  • Inspect Hydraulic Hoses

  • Inspect Hydraulic Manifold and Fittings

  • Replace Accumulators

  • Flush and Bleed Hydraulic System

  • Pressurize System to Seakeeper’ s specifications

  • Inspect Brake Bushings

  • Inspect Angle Sensor and verify proper angles

  • Inspect Heat Exchanger

  • Descale Heat Exchanger

  • Inspect Electrical Components, Connections, and Cables

  • Check Seawater Flow

  • Inspect Glycol Reservoir and Glycol Motor

  • Inspect Cooling Hoses

  • Flush Glycol Cooling System and fill Glycol Reservoir

  • Replace Zincs
